A：The operational hours are Mondays – Fridays (9.30am – 5.30pm) except on weekends and public holidays.
Q：Will I receive any order confirmation after placing my order?
A：Yes. We will send an order confirmation to you via Email after your order with a successful transaction. Otherwise, you may log in to your account and check under your Orders.
Q：Can I schedule my delivery in advance?
A：No. The request on setting the delivery date is not allowed. We will arrange for the delivery of your order once we got your confirmation on the payment mode. Therefore, we encourage you to adjust your expected delivery date.
Q：How long does it take to deliver my order(s)?
A：Under normal circumstances, we will need 7 to 10 working days to ship out the order (except public holidays and weekends) for West Malaysia.
Q：How do I track my order?
A： You may log in to your account and check under your Orders.
Q：Why can’t I trace my order from the website?
A：Your order(s) might just pass to courier service, the tracking might take up to 24 hours to update. Please do try it again later.
A：Promotions will review and update accordingly. If there is a free gift promotion, it will be automatically added to the cart or if there is no free gift included in the cart means it is out of stock or the promotion ended.
