Q : What are the modes of payment?

A : The payment mode that we provided only is iPAY88.

 

Q : What should I do if I have submitted my payment details but it is still on the same payment page again? 

A : Your session may have timed out because of inactivity. Thus, please close your current payment page, log in again to your account, and place your order again.

 

Q : Can I request an official invoice for my order?

A : Hard copy invoices are not provided. However, you may log in to My Account and search under Orders to view and print out a copy of your invoice. Otherwise, kindly check your mailbox for an email from us that includes the money request/invoice.

 

Q : Would my recipient be receiving an invoice together with the order hamper(s)? 

A : No. The invoice will send to your mail inbox. However, please ensure you had provided a valid email address for us.
